I hope someone can help me. We have decided to rent a car when we are in Tuscany. We are going to be in Venice for 3 days and then travel on to Lucca. I really want to know where in Venice we would pick up the car? Only at the airport or train station. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Jo

Having difficulty posting with IE. Let's see if this works on Netscape. You would generally pick up at Piazzale roma, which is near (but not AT) the train station. We've generally had much better luck with Auto Europe, which is a middleman providing Europcar and Avis in Italy.

After much searching and many phone calls, the best prices we found for car rentals in Germany last summer were Nova Rentacar at<BR><BR>http://rentacar-europe.com/<BR><BR>And Ofran Holiday Autos at <BR><BR>http://www.ofran.com/<BR><BR>Someone here reported finding the Nova Rentacar web site confusing when they tried it, but I didn't have a problem last year.<BR><BR>
