Was there last April. It's a little chilly, but I swam a number of times - even in the blue lagoon after a couple of bribes, and in the emerald lagoon, and around the I Faragoloni(sp?). Bring your bathing suit!

Allright, that's what I wanted to hear.

I'm just going there for a day trip on my own, so I figured I'd take a dip sometime in the afternoon. Would you recommend any specific beach, possibly organized, like with a bathroom or/and showers where I could change afterwards?
Of course on the side of the Island where the boats from Napoli come in, or relatively easy to get to.

just to bring this up to the surface. I am going alone so I was wondering if any of the beaches have lockers or something of the sort or are they safe enough to leave your things on the beach unattended?
