Can you suggest a hotel in Munich?

We may travel to Munich a day earlier to catch our flight home.
As the train journey is at least 6-7hrs from Paris we would prefer to stay overnight before flying.
Preferably a hotel really close to the train station with a direct line to the airport.
Price range - around 100euros for a room.

We stayed at the Mercure City Center. It's a 5 minute walk to the train station, very comfortable in every way and affordable, booked on line.

Right across the street/square from the Hauptbahnhof is the Hotel Luitpold. It is comfortable, very clean, safe, and moderately-priced.

I like it.
