Can you tell me more about the chocolate festival? We are going to be in the area in November and would LOVE to go to it! Is there a website that lists the festival dates for 2008? I've googled it, but come up empty on info.

I may have something bookmarked at work regarding the chocolate festival - but maybe you can email the tourist office in Bologna.

I bet things will be setting up the week prior - also check with some of the local confectioners, they'll probably be preparing for the upcoming festival.
Bologna is great - I could see renting an apartment there for a month at some point.
