Interesting that it only worked going eastbound.

I don't even have to read the article to predict that this will lead to even more email ... "More Satisfying Takeoffs and Landings" etc.

Just remember that the blue pill is counterindicated if you're taking any of many other prescription medicines!

I can just see all those passengers lined up to join the mile high club.

And yes - Viagra does have several well -known contraindications and drug interactions. But then. I read somewhere that most wide body planes have at lest one MD on board - although I'm sure s/he wouldn't want to treat patients in the air.

Who wouldn't want to be up all night rescuing overstimulated lotharios high above the Atlantic ... is it against the hippocratic oath for a doctor to pretend to be in marketing?

It is all about how much is being up for it vs 'being up' for it.

They only gave this to adult male hamsters. Does it only work on males?

Can you imagine (talking to the ladies here) getting off an eight hour flight with a husband / partner who is not only not jet lagged but is suffering a certain other effect?

sashh, I think it would only be a serious problem if the couple could not get an early check-in at their hotel.

<<I can just see all those passengers lined up to join the mile high club.>>

<< Adds a new dimension to the seat reclining controversy.>>

in other words, many might simply end up in the mile long club...

Best wishes,

Rex

That's not a cure. It's a distraction.

Keep in mind that the Blue Pill does not increase libido (desire). It only enhances performance if the desire is already there. So the main effect will not manifest itself unless the libido is already aroused.

Of course, the dose was low enough that the highly-advertised effect was eliminated. In that case, it's entirely possible that the drug will be repackaged and marketed under a new name (Fly-agra?) - if it really helped against jet lag, it could be a boon to travelers. With a label warning, naturally: EXCEEDING RECOMMENDED DOSAGE CAN LEAD TO DISCOMFORT IN COACH SEATING AND INTERRUPTED ITINERARIES
