Atl-Dus Boeing 767-300
I've reserved my seat on DL site and when I double checked seatguru and couple of other seating sites they show different seats for this Boeing 767-300. Delta shows having 40 rows (I picked 21 showing behind exit row with normal seats across), Seatguru and others show 42 rows and seat 21 being exit row seats and also having lavatory next to me. I've checked all planes to see if they are close to what I see on Delta site with only 40 rows but see nothing. I don't know anything about planes and models but would like to know if I'm going to end up sitting next or close by a lavatory, have a good outside view or just see the wing. Can someone please clue me in on what I should be looking at? Thanks so much

I would trust the Delta website over seatguru or seatexpert. Perhaps Delta is flying a new cabin config on this route.
In my opinion there is no worse seat than then ones by the lav. People constantly walking by or standing by waiting, and even worse the constant bad smell everytime someone opens the door.
The row BEHIND exit row offers no particular advantage, so to play it safe you could simply take a seat further back that isn't next to the lav on any chart.
As for view, it's really irrelevant. This is an overnight flight. Shortly after takeoff they will pull the blinds closed so people can sleep, and it'll be dark outside anyway. In the morning, you arrive at 7:40 and there will likely be low cloud cover (very common). Nothing to see except some rooftops 30sec before landing.

I wasn't really thinking about this being an overnight flight and that there is really nothing to see. Forgot all about the time change. On DL it doesn't show the Lavatory next to this seat so I guess I'm safe then. Thank you, this helps.

What dates are you flying. I picked some random date coming up (actually 2/24), and the seatmap is identical to seatguru.com. 42 rows, and 21 is next to lavatories.
Return flight on 3/3 is the same.
Having said that, DL is indeed remodeling their fleet.

. Thanks for your input on their remodeling. That makes sense.
