Best way to get from the Train Station to my hotel
At the end of a Med. Cruise this May, we are taking the TGV from Monaco to Paris. When I arrive at the train station (Gare Lyon?), what is the best (most convenient) way to get to my hotel (Hotel Madison)? Are there taxi's readily available there at the train station?

Yes. Get on line. Do not accept an offer of a cab from anyone.
You can also arrange for a shuttle to meet you.

about 19E pp. A cab is about 45E.

ira are you sure? It's from Gare de Lyon not the airport. 
I'd guess the cab ride from Gare de Lyon to the Madison in the 6th to be around 10euros depending upon luggage.
I've gone from the Montparnasse train station on the left bank to the 9th on the right and it was only 12 euros.

Yes. The dispatcher will pick a cab that holds 4.
