We really liked the Lamb Inn in Burford. Might be at the top end of your range...

our posts were at the same time -- $250 is about £175 so quite generous. You won't have any trouble.
Near Burford http://www.theswanswinbrook.co.uk
In Burford https://www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co....lamb-inn/stay/ or https://www.cotswold-inns-hotels.co....ee-hotel/stay/
In Chipping Campden -- there are several
The Lygon Arms http://www.lygonarms.co.uk (not the Lygon Arms in Broadway which is much more expensive)
or http://www.seymourhousebandb.co.uk
These are just a few -- there are tons of other good properties.

In Chipping Campden - the Bramley House...Skip down to Chapters Thirteen to Fifteen...It tells of our time in Chipping Campden (and other Cotswold spots) and has photos from the Bramley House, which is an easy 10-15 minute walk into the heart of Chipping Campden.

Penguinas...
I answered a similar question on another thread..and here is a copy of my suggestions:
If you're looking for an attractive rate, this B and B where we stayed in Broadway could meet your needs. Very welcoming property, helpful owners, nice English breakfast, car park, in the heart of Broadway. Includes a bar.
I'll share some pics below taken during out last visit to The Cotswolds (including the pics of "Small Talk", the B and B recommended above)
These might help you in planning https://picasaweb.google.com/stuartt...KHcytuxmJrntwE
