You're right, I assumed someone did. I've seen it several times. That car chase on the Cote D'Azur was spectacular.

Hi Schnookies,

There is also another film called Joyeux Noel which is a mixture of French German and English. There is not much to see by way of countryside because it is filmed mainly about the First World War trenches. But the music is beautiful and it is a very good story.

I saw a new release yesterday called Paris, with Juliette Binoche. Interesting story, beautiful scenes of Paris, including some from the top of the Eiffel Tower and the Tour Montparnasse.

If you go to the Internet Movie Data base site,(http://us.imdb.com/Search/location,you can enter a country, city, or in Paris, an intersection, & you'll get a list of every movie made at that location.

We watched The Beat That My Heart Skipped (De battre mon coeur s'est arrete) last night. Very compelling. Thanks, Jay G.

The chorists
Camille Claudel
Ridicule
Jean de Florette
My father's glory
My mother's castle
400 blows (black and white)
Here are some classics. They do not all occur in Paris but I love them!
