Why don't you ask the travel agent? if she booked you there she must know something about it? or don't you trust her? if not, you should be looking for a new travel agent. i thought it was the agent's job to match the hotel with the client.

Al Campiello is the "sister" inn to Al Vagon....
Haven't stayed at Al Vagon, but did check out the rooms....very nice for the $$. We did eat at the Al Vagon restaurant....very nice meal right on the canal.
Would I stay there? YES
