Admiral Hotel or Meridien/kempinski?

I know they belong in different classes, but which would you choose if the room rates were not an issue?

I assume you are referring to Budapest.

I don't know the Meridien, but I have stayed several times happily at Hotel Victoria. Every room has a view of the Chain Bridge and the Parliament Building. HV is modern and comfortable, but it's small and not as upscale as the Kempinski -- for me the view makes the diff. If you want upscale with view head for the Marriott.

Meridien for quality may just beat Kempinski - at least feel of lobby area gives you that impression as it is so new. But view point is valid -Victoria (have stayed and recommend)has great views and others do not.
