3 Rome hotels-any experience with these?

I have narrowed it down to three inexpensive hotels for a two night pre cruise stay April 23-25:

58 le Real de Luxe 140eu
La Casa di Amy 120eu
Domus Praetoria 136eu

These are double rooms with breakfast, near Termini. We will be coming into the city on the airport train and taking the train out to Civitavecchia to take the cruise.

Does anyone have any feedback on any of these hotels?

I personally know the Le Real Deluxe, it is very nice with recently restored rooms and a good location (Via Cavour, walking distance from Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia and Colosseo).

Ciao! Silvia

Have you looked at www.tripadvisor.com? You'll get opinions from an even wider group of travelers than here on Fodors. Also look at www.venere.com.

I've been looking at both tripadvisor and venere for reviews. I thought I'd check here too to get another set of opinions. The more the better to make an informed choice. I'm leaning towards le Real de Luxe based on feedback from many people.I'm especially interested in opinion's from people like Silvia who have personal knowledge of a hotel.

There have been some negative reviews on Fodor's for 58 real de luxe (it's had more than one name), but since the search function doesn't work very well I don't know if you can pull them up.
