There are actually 3 seasons in the Caribbean: High Season, Shoulder Season and Low Season. Dates vary slightly and some resorts only have Hig and Low Season rates while others offer all three.
In General you'll find the following:
High Season - December 15 until the week after Easter.
Shoulder Season (if used) - The week after Easter until June 1 or June 15 and again from November 1 or 15 through December 15.
Low Season is would run from June 1 through November 15.
Again dates vary from hotel to hotel and island to island.

You will either be in low season or shoulder (depending upon island and hotel as previous poster said) for your entire projected time.
I've found early December to be the quietest and most rain-free time. Thanksgiving week can be very busy.

It does depend on the island.
St Barts for example is crazy over Christmas, quietening down mid April, bubbling along through August then locked up shut September and October.
Antigua closes down entirely after sailing week (mid-April?)
