Most Romantic Restaurant

We are leaving for Provo in a few days. I have gotton some great tips on good places to eat, but have not really seen anything regarding a romantic setting to celebrate a special occasion. That said, good food is definitely as important as ambiance to us, looking for something with both!

Go to Anacoana - the setting is very romantic, the food superb and the service is excellent. Personally, I think it's the best on the island.

Sunnyboy,
Wonering if you feel a meal plan at GBC would be wise, or would we be bored with the menu at Anacoana? If it changes nightly, it is probably not a bad idea for us. (We would walk the beach for lunches elsewhere.) Don't want to highjack this post, just curious!

Your asking the wrong person about meal plans as I avoid them whenever possible as I much prefer the flexibility of dinning out around any of the islands or countries I visit. That said, I love great food and for me Anacoana was an exceptional retaurant so I dined there 3 times during a 10 day period and didn't get bored with the menu.

thanks,
I guess I should have put the question differently, the variety of the menu was what I wanted to know-so thanks for your answer. We very much enjoy strolling the beach, "looking for some lunch", and not being so adventurous in the evenings, appreciate your help-Carol.

The dinner that my wife and I had at Anacoana was by far the most romatic dinner ever! We sat at a table at the beach and danced under the stars. We give it two thumbs way up!!! ;-). I am pretty sure that we enjoyed the food, now that I think about it, we must have, but it was about the overall experiance, simply unbeatable...

We dined under the gazebo at Simba Restaurant while staying at the Turks & Caicos Club. Private dinner and very romantic.

To Sharkdiver49 concerning Anacoana -
You must have had the same table as we did. My husband was not aware of the slacks rule and wore nice shorts & a Tommy Bahama shirt (I wore a sun dress) - but they wouldn't seat us in the main dining room because of the dress code. Thank God. It WAS the most romantic evening we have ever spent at a restaurant. And I think we got very individualized, special attention. We decided to walk back to our condo at the Ocean Club afterwards. Perfect night.
