The food at The Caves is amazing. They will cook anything you want for breakfast. Lunch is typically a salad and an entree, fairly light.
For dinner, they serve soup, an appetizer, choice of two entrees (or both) and dessert.
They also have snacks available for the late night munchies.
The food was the best I've ever had in Jamaica. Fresh ingrediants prepared very well, with lots of flavor.
We went somewhere else for dinner one night up on the cliffs just for fun (? rockhouse, I can't remember) , and regretted not having dinner at The Caves (although we did stop by for the appetizers before we left).
I totally agree that you'll eat out plenty while at the beach (unless you stay somewhere where you have your own cook), no need to leave The Caves once you're there.
