Frankly the location is the big downside to me. It is not really a business district, but it is pretty isolated. There would be no walking to shops, restaurants, etc. I like to stay where I can easily get a ferry ride into town in the evenings. My cousin took the bus everywhere and she and her husband found the location fine. At the time, Clearview was doing an evening meal. It is not terribly far from St. George or Flatts.
