Bermuda Restaurants
We will be renting a house in Smiths parish in Bermuda the end of may. We were looking for some restaurant suggestions for dinner each night-we will be there for a week. We are 3 couples and a single gal so a variety of options would be welcome assuming some nights we will dine altogether and some nights couples will break apart and eat separately. Money is no object and we don't want to rule out any type of cuisine.
Any help would be much appreciated!!
Thanks!

I am going to top a couple of threads on Bermuda for you. Here is a list of some of my favorite restaurants:
1. Fourways
2. Bleu
3. Tom Moore's Tavern
4. Ascots
5. Port O'Call
6. Tamarind Room at Cambridge Beaches
7. Lemon Tree
Please do me a favor and do a trip report. I am particularly interested in the rental, from whom, what condition, etc.
Have a great trip.

Adding to cmc's already top-notch list of suggestions and whatever you find in the other reports:
Port O 'Call is closed for renovations.
There's a new place in Flatts village called Indigo - haven't been yet but it's getting good reviews.
Rustico's (Italian) in Flatts.
North Rock on South Shore Road in Smiths. (pub-style, and my favorite sushi on the island.)
Bistro J - very limited menu, changes weekly based on what's fresh.
Frescos.
Great lunch - Common Grounds.
(the last three are all in an alley off Front St. in Hamilton.)
Wine/Coffee/Tapas - '10' a block behind the main bus terminal in Hamilton on Dundonald St.
Have fun!!!

Thanks for the quick responses!
I will look into them now.
To cmcfong:
here is the website we used
http://www.bermudarentals.com/
My friend organized the whole thing and all we had to do was send her $$$ but that seemed like a pretty painless process.
I will let you know how it went upon my return.

Thanks, txgrlinbda, I completely forgot about Port O'Call being closed. I need to try out your suggestions when I am there in June.
Thanks for the site, lmaev. I look forward to your report.
Have a wonderful time in beautiful Bermuda.

My husband's family owns a home in Smith's Parish and we go there with friends every year. Hear are some restaurants that I have been too.
"MICKEY'S"--is at Elbow Beach Club, the restaurant is right on the water...Have been there twice..great both times
"AQUA"----is at Michael Douglas's mothers resort..."Ariel Sands"..I have had lunch and dinner there..I have had dinner there 3 times the third time it was really warm in there that night in Aug...but the food was good.
"Fresco"...is in town Hamilton...ate there twice...very good pasta and fish..sea bass
"MEDITEREAN"----very good...three times...everytime was great service and food..the air condition works great...little chilly.
"Rustico"...great food...not as pleasing to the eye...but quaint and more casual.
Portofino's..Italian...good..more casual..in town
there are a couple others that are in the resorts that I can't remember, but will look them up.
Hope this helps.
