Bermuda Hotels
Another question on hotels in Bermuda, I am planning a quick 3 day trip to Bermuda in August. What are your opinions on the Fairmont Princess, Nine Beaches (should I worry about hurricanes) or Aunt Neas...there are great deals on plane and air
thanx loads!

I stayed at 9beaches when it was formally known as Daniel's Head. We loved it - people either love it or hate it. They used to have the slogan 'getting back to nature' and that is exactly what it felt like. It is a great spot if you're into kayaking or snorkeling. As for hurricanes, even Hurrican Fabian didn't level the place - they were designed to withstand them.

We stayed at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess last month for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. It was a wonderful hotel with a great staff, and it was in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend it.

There are 2 Fairmont hotels in Bermuda: Southampton Princess is on hilltop in middle of island (beautiful scenery) with its own beach club (Whaler's Inn) and golf course. The Hamilton Princess is on the edge of city of Hamilton, but they have shuttle ferry to take guests to Southampton Princess so guests can use the Whaler's Inn.
9 beaches sounds good - I have seen it but not been there.
