Malliouhana has one of the best wine cellars on the island. It is a nice restaurant too. It does not get mentioned often as the tone is a bit more formal than other spots--but don't let that put you off. It's perched in a lovely setting above Mead's Bay.
As for water settings nothing can beat
Mangos, Pimms or Kemia at night!
I enjoy Blanchards, but it has become too popular. I felt too rushed in November, and I heard this past Feb. when I was at CJ the same story.
Hibernia is not opened every day for lunch maybe one or two days if any depending on the time of year.
There are no real wrong choices!
