WEEK IN GEORGEVILLE

My boyfriend and I will be spending a week in Georgeville this coming July. I am hoping that someone can direct us to some accurate and useful information on what we can an can't bring into the country as far as food, alcohol and so on.

Any help will be much appreciated...thanks!

H-m-m. you are going to have to help us out a bit further...there is a Georgeville in Nova Scotia and one in Quebec...there is a Georgetown in Ontario...Canada is a BIG country!

As far as border info is concerned, you don't say where you are coming from so I would just suggest you search on here for what you need in terms of a website that will answer your specific questions.

Ah yes a little more information would help. We are coming from the United States and we will be in Georgeville Quebec on a lake. We would like to bring some food and spirits from home if possible but not sure what the laws are.

Thanks so very much!

Sounds like a great holiday. This should help with the pesky crossing details. www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca

A wonderful time we had! The weather was perfect, the people were lovely, the pace was nice and easy. What a beautiful corner of the world.
Thanks again for the replys.

This is a part of the country that could really use some tourist boosting: would you consider a brief Trip Report? just three paras: where you stayed, what you saw, where you ate? My daughter and SIL spent time there last year and also loved it, but they are not Fodor-folks, so can't ask them!
