Any hotels in Vancouver with a shuttle from airport to hotel?

I am arriving in Vancouver a couple days before our cruise leaves, and can't seem to find hotels with a shuttle to take us from the Vancouver airport to the hotel.

Does anyone know of such hotels? Or are the options taxi or possibly a bus?

Thanks

No Vancouver hotels have shuttles to/from the airport. The only hotels that have shuttles from the airport are the airport hotels, which are located in Richmond, the suburb city where the airport's located in.

A taxi from the airport to downtown Vancouver will cost you $30-$40, or alternatively, you can take the Canada Line, which is the rapid transit - a subway, really, that takes you from the airport to downtown Vancouver where the majority of hotels are. The Canada Line costs about $8 per person (from the airport).

I should also mention, a taxi will take 20-30 minutes, and so will the Canada Line.

Sam may be right but that location is still a $25-30 cab ride to the cruise dock. The areas okay if you like busy streets & nothing to do when the few stores down there close.

Take the C Line or a taxi to downtown, then walk/cab to the terminal.
I stay @ The Metropolitan - great hotel in the heart of the city. The doorman will make sure you get to your ship.

My husband and I did the Alaskan cruise and stayed near the airport. The hotel had a free shuttle pickup from the airport. The hotel recommended a shuttle service (van) that went to several of the surrounding hotels to pick up guests that needed to go to Canada Place the morning of departure. I can't remember the hotel but call one near the airport and ask about a shuttle service to Canada Place. It worked out great.

Just find a hotel near the Canada line Skytrain. It goes straight to the airport so it's convenient and the most economical option.

The Canada Line starts at the station right by the cruise terminal. Most of the downtown hotels are very close to the cruise terminal as well. I would recommend you stay in one of them. When you arrive at the airport just ask for directions or follow the signs to the Skytrain. There is a walkway to the station - very convenient and there is room for your luggage. You can get a cab at the other end to a local hotel. If you let us know your budget for accommodation we can recommend a hotel.

Traveler69 you said "There is a walkway to the station - very convenient and there is room for your luggage"
Does that mean there is a place to store our luggage?

DaconR- Just got an airport Hotel for $76 plus tax on Hotwire...it is the 3.5 star Sandman Signature Hotel and Resort. They have a free airport shuttle and from the airport you can access the Canada line to get to and from downtown...hope this helps.
