h a h a ... All government construction work is tendered and goes to the cheapest vendor. Also judging by home interior decorators choice of materials here, creativity and resourcefulness are scarce... btw, did you know that the entire country has trees spaced approximately 5-6 meters apart?

Getting off topic here, but hi Carrie! Yes, I'm still in lovely Melaka. No plans to leave for years and years - we love it here! A taste of the west is nice once in a while, though - we just spent a week in Sydney, which was wonderful.<BR><BR>Baby expected in November - see folks? I'm even giving birth here! If it weren't safe do you think I'd stay with my wee one?<BR><BR>Poor Joyce. Sorry your thread turned into such a ridiculous debate.
