Please advise - whether to stay in Krabi or Koh Phi Phi?????

Hi everyone,
I am confused about two aspects:
1. Whether to stay in Krabi for two nights and have a day visit to Koh Phi Phi or spend 2 nights in Koh Phi Phi?
2. Is it advisable to also visit Phuket after spending 2 nights at Krabi / Koh Phi Phi? From Phuket I want to fly to Kuala Lumpur as it is much cheaper to fly from Phuket to KL as compare from Krabi to KL (using Asia Air)?
Looking forward for your valuable advise

I think it's pointless to visit Phi Phi on a day trip. Too many people, too little time. It's better to spend a few days there to really appreciate it. I wouldn't stay in Phuket after Krabi/Phi Phi. I think they're better.

If money is no object, you can get great sea views at the Holiday Inn or the Zeavola. Otherwise, Mama Beach Residence is a good alternative. I loved it there. I'm going back next month.

Tell me,did you explore any other locations/islands? We are also hoping to escape for some days to that part of Thailand, and am seeking very secluded islands spots to stay for the third week this November. The more I check, the less quiet Phi Phi seems.

Ko Lanta would be better if you want quiet.

Agree with mcbg1, Ko Lanta might be a better choice for you.

I'm staying at Long Beach Chalet in Ko Lanta next month. The reviews I've found are pretty good and they just built a new pool/jacuzzi.

You need to fly to Krabi to go to Ko Lanta. From the airport you can book a taxi/minivan to Ko Lanta.

The north east of the main island is the quieter area, and....I think, the most scenic.
From about Loh Dalum Bay, (Island Village Resort), to Laem Tong Bay, Holiday Inn and Zeavola.
Loads of info, pics, and videos at following link.
