We need to know a little more.

What is your budget and what time of the year ? rates shoot up from November 1st so what could be a $100 could be 3 x that in peak season.

Also are you looking for absolute beachfront or are you happy being walking distance to the beach ?
Do you want a busy beach resort area or something quieter.
Also are you looking for a resort hotel with lots of facilities or something quieter, aslo advise if your group includes children.

Be as particular as you want, we can all suggest but without knowing budget/time of year and sort of place not easy to start.
You can get 2 bedroom suites at top class luxcury resorts or more inexpensive hotels with suites, or places that offer more family orinetated mid-price accommodation.
Let us know.

Phuket can provide almost anything you want. However, as JamesA said, in order to make specific suggestions, we need details, Who, When, What and How much?

Thank you JamesA and Gpanda.
We are hoping to visit (family of four all adults)Phuket early/mid December departing before the Christmas rush. Beachfront sounds lovely but not necessary. Would prefer not too busy -more adult oriented facilities. Budget is flexible.
Thank you - I look forward to your suggestions

I think the Allamanda at Bang Tao / Laguna might do 2 room suites.
