I reserved the Phi Phi Princess through their internet site last year. I had to fax them my credit card information.

Rich, I wanted to be sure I got a beachfront bungalow at PP Coral and I even knew which end of the beach I wanted to be on, so I ended up dealing directly with the hotel via their Bangkok office. Here's the email address I used, in Nov 2001. Everything went very smoothly and I received prompt replies to my questions etc.
