Guen- So funny you should post...I was just about to post to you myself!!

We actually leave Honolulu on the 22nd, so won't be in till late 23rd/early 24th, then we fly to Siem Reap late in the afternon on Christmas day.

We'll be back in Bangkok on NYE, then leave on the morning of the 3rd. It seemed like a long trip when I first started planning, but so short now!

So, limited times- are you available on the 1st or 2nd? I'm trying to get mid day reservations at Face Spa on the 1st, so maybe breakfast or something in the evening?

I'd love to see you...From HNL to Bos to Bkk to LAX..(sorry, don't know if Pasadena has initials!)

OK, Lucy...why don't you just swing by my apartment building,Emporium Suites,attached to the Emporium Mall, on the 1st, after you have gone to Face Spa. I'm right at the Prom Phong skytrain stop which is one stop from Trong Lo...about less than a minute and a half on the skytrain. If you come to the lobby of my building then I can meet you there. Just name a time. We can grab something to eat at Emporium Mall. There are tons of places to eat there or we could go to Lemongrass Restaurant which is right out the side door of the mall on Sukhumvit Soi 24. It's hard to say what will be open on New Years's Day, but there are a lot of choices within Emporium Mall.
To get to my building...just get off skytrain and take the way that leads into the mall area, but don't go into the mall. There will be an outside staircase to your right. Go down the staircase and when you get to the bottom, walk straight and curve to your left around the mall building. You'll see Bangkok Bank. Walk past Bangkok Bank and you'll see the entrance to Emporium Suites. Real easy. There will be a leather waiting area there in the lobby. Just wait there. I'll know when you arrive as I'll be able to see you on the security screen in my apartment. Then I'll come down since you can't access the elevator without a key card. The place is Fort Knox.
