WW Chan in the Burlington Arcade on Nathan Road is a very high quality tailor who does both men's and women's clothing. I've only had men's work done, and the quality is exceptionally high. If you do choose Chan, be prepared to have at least 2, and very probably 3, fittings.

Chan's makes remarkably high quality women's clothing, although not cheap. A woman's suit can easily run $700 USD; changsom (I know the spelling is incorrect here, but I don't have time to look it up) was quoted to me at $510 made from a lightweight wool.
