Has anyone used the Cambodia online visa process? Any opinions?

I don't know anything about the online process, but we got ours in less than ten minutes at the Cambodia airport upon arrival.

I didn't know they had an online process. We had to mail our passports to the Embassy in Wahington.

I think I may have been confused!! I thought I had read something here about this and thought I had go tho the Cambodian consulate site and seen it but now I can't find that. Who knows I may have been thinking about a different country!!!

Jules you were right.

It seems they've started an e-visa program. We used this for Armenia a few years ago. However it's only valid for those flying into Phnom Penh or Siem Reap.

Thanks weltraveledbrit! I was sure I had read it & I even knew it was only for PP & SR! I know people say it is not a problem getting the visa when you arrive in SR but we were contemplating just getting it online to be done. Was interested to know if anyone had used it & how things went at the SR end.

Let us know how it works for you. I know that when Burma started this, the process worked sometimes and not others, so I'll be interested to hear. Do watch your credit card for double charges (as that is what happened with the Burmese visa when the system was having problems).
