Latest tourist atractions? I guess I think of Bangkok's most interesting attractions as being old rather than new. You don't want wats, how about historic houses? Have you been to the Jim Thompson House? You might like the floating market outisde of Bangkok. People either love it or loathe it.
One of the newest shopping centers is the Siam Paragon. It's a nice pplace with excellent food outlets, but most of teh merchandise is western and quite expensive. It does have an aquarium in the basement.
Everyone has their own favorite massage place. Some of the cheapest are the Wat Po massages. You can have a massage there, or have them come to your hotel. I prefer a spa, and love the spa at Face. See www.facebars.com for their spa menu.
I can recommend Thai restaurants that I like, but I doubt they are the most popular... Lemongrass is an old fave, Harmonique is good, but the service is poor to terrible, I love Lana Thai at Face, but it's rather pricey.

For attractions, a Klong ride through Thonburi is very interesting. You can book it at a number of Tha's (piers). For a massage, call the Wat Pho School of Massage and they will send someone to your hotel. For restaurants, Tongue Thai and Gallery Cafe are both moderately prticed and very good.

There is a truly beautiful performance of Khon (masked dance) which is only running until the end of this year. This one was created specifically to celebrate the king's 6oth anniversary celebrations, so see it while you can.
Without a doubt, the best cultural performance i've ever seen.

Although I didn't see it, when I was in Bangkok earlier this month, there were advertisements everywhere for a theatre production called 'Siam Niramit.'
Looks lke a huge, Broadway or Vegas-style spectacle. I saw a video clip on the skytrain that was really very impressive.

Ocean World at the the Paragon Centre, Siam Square.
A ferry rise along the river (skytrain to Saphan Taksin, get off walk towards river and join the rest of the tourists. About 20 stops in one hour. Last stop has a big (long) market five minutes walk from the terminal.
Vimanmek Mansion. It was the old King's palace. Just past the Dusit Zoo.
Look around Chinatown any day (traffic is a nightmare, particularly weekends.)
