does anyone have problems trying to book on-line? i imput the info and it just sits there....help fodors

I've used Air Asia twice to book online-no problems whatever. I think they've got some crazy air sale going on right now, perhaps that overloaded the server-although I was checking a fare for someone else yesterday-and I had no problem pulling it up...

I've used their website several times in the past without problems. Just went there and managed to get quite far (up until where you needed to pay), so it appears to be working now.

Perhaps yours was a temporary glitch.

i'm wondering if it is something with my system...the same thing happened last year after jamesA first introduced us to air asia....i also have seen a comment about this on yahoo where it says that the javascript seems to be turned off causing the system not to work...???

Any chance you have a pop up stopper installed and that is preventing a new window from opening? Just guessing.
