Suggestions for best AA FC Seats for a couple

We are a couple traveling to London on AA and was fortunate to get FC FF tickets and wondered what would be the best seats for a couple traveling together. Someone suggested the 2 seats in the middle in the 3rd row. Any thoughts?

I like the 2 middle seats whenever I'm able to fly BC or FC. Both of you will have an aisle and can get in/out of the seat without climbing/disturbing the other person.

All seats in AA FC on flights to London are aisle seats. And half of them are window seats too.

Any of the two middle seats will allow more private conversation than a window + middle. I don't know that the third row is any better or worse than any other.

If, however, either of you want to look out a window, the suites' chairs all have a swivel mechanism that allow you to tuen the chair so you can look straight out the window. At night time, of course, it's no biggie.

And it's possible to have dinner together in one of the suites so if you do take window seats, one behind the other,, you can still talk (privately) when gazing out through the window, have a dinner facing each other, just like a intimate restaurant table, little tight, but very much doable. The AA F suites are somewhat aged, but still one of the best in the industry.

Thanks so much for your responses. Appears that FC will work out quite well. Thanks again.

I can't agree that the AA suites are anywhere close to among the best in the industry. They're good for sleeping, but otherwise they're substandard, in my mind.

First off, they have a ridiculous design for changing your position while sitting. If your seat is reclined (to any position) and your leg rest is raised (to any position), you have to fully lower the leg rest (and extension) before you can raise the seat back -- even if you only want to raise the seat just a smidge. That dance gets old very, very fast. Also, the IFE situation is grim: the video screen is small, and (incredibly) they no longer provide a handout that tells you which movies/shows are available.

Fortunately, the seat does have a decent flat/aide surface for sleeping. And, in my experience at least, you have a good chance of getting a helpful cabin crews with AA on their long-hauls.

I think it's a stretch to call them 'suites.'
