Should I fly United?
I found a great price from ATL to YVR ($379 Total) for my late summer trip ... the problem is that it is on United. I can't recall if I ever flew with them, but I have heard bad things.
What should I do?

Sure, fly 'em. I'm top tier elite on them and haven't had any problems. Curious what you've heard.
My suspicion is that if you are happy with the fare, you'll be happy with the trip. Sure, you'll hear bad things - nature of the airline biz. (I could say bad things about AA ;-))

I've flown on a few different airlines but most of my flights are on United mostly because they go where I need to go. I decided to take advantage of the United MP program (humble 1P). I've always had good flights and good service. Sometimes things go bad but usually it's going bad for everyone on all the airlines when it happens. You'll hear bad things about every airline.
