Hi Jay,
I'm not sure if your in the US, if so, google CDC or World Health Organization (WHO) and you should be able to locate local private and public travel clinics. You should be able to call first prior to going in for an overview of what's required for the specific areas your traveling to. You can ask at that time about whether an upcoming pregnancy is an issue.

p.s. I have lots of health issues and just got back from Africa feeling healthier than ever. The food was some of the best I've eaten - no parasites in the tourist areas.
