I can help with two of them.
Chez Lando was nice. Try to get a room away from the main road though, was a little loud. The restaurant/bar was good, no problems with service and was quite lively.
Paradis is very nice for lunch, has great grounds for sitting and relaxing and the food was pretty good.

By the time I ended up at the Bethanie Guest House I had spent 2 weeks in Sopas, Serenas and a Hilton in Nairobi. So my I definitely did not consider it luxurious.
It was however much better than the ORPTN Guest House, which was more or less a bunker.
The Bethanie is at a GREAT location, right on the water. The staff is filled with wonderful polite people. The french food is amazing.
I hated having geckos in my room and I greatly regret being sick while there. But if I was in that area again, I would stay there in a second.
I put some of the pictures from the area and my room on easyshare:
