Start with the Gorgonzola, sun-dried cranberry, and walnut salad, then move on to sesame-crusted salmon with cilantro oil or pecan-crusted venison with a sauce of red zinfandel and pan drippings. In warmer months, dinner on the garden patio is particularly urbane. An ambitious wine list complements the fine selection. No reservations, although there is a call-ahead waiting list for busy summer nights.
