Cottier's
Cottier's Review
A converted Victorian church decorated by Glasgow artist Daniel Cottier is the unusual setting for this bar and restaurant attached to the Arts Theatre. Red walls and beamed ceilings warm the downstairs bar, where the pub grub has Tex-Mex flavors. The restaurant has a small menu, including organic salmon with quinoa and an unsual roasted-butternut-squash-and-Gruyère gratin.
