This Victorian guesthouse in Summertown, on the outskirts of Oxford, shows flair in its decoration, creativity in its breakfasts, and attentive, helpful service. Guest rooms are beautifully furnished in contemporary style with 1950s-inspired wallpaper and muted, neutral colors. Homemade bread and granola, preserves, yogurt, and Gruyère omelets make breakfasts luxurious.
