In her more than six years of experience as a travel journalist, Anna has freelanced for numerous outlets including AFAR, Lonely Planet, Insider, Eater, The Globe and Mail, Architectural Digest, The Daily Beast, Vogue, Insider, SELF, and Travel + Leisure.
Currently a Forbes contributor and previously a travel writer for Buzzfeed’s Bring Me! vertical, she covers a wide variety of lifestyle topics—namely travel, culture, food, and entertainment. Her award-winning photography bridges lifestyle and documentary styles, and previous clients have included Alain Ducasse Restaurant & Hospitalite and The Rockefeller Foundation.
Anna is a graduate of the Documentary Practice and Visual Journalism Program at the International Center of Photography in New York City and holds a B.A. in International Development Studies from McGill University. She has lived in Toronto, Montreal, New York City, Barbados and Calgary, and travelled solo internationally for more than a decade.
