Storage Lockers in Maui?

This is a strange question, but I am looking for short term storage in Maui.

I will be staying on the North Shore, but scuba diving and going to beaches in the Kihei, Wailea, and Makena areas on the south shore. I don't want to leave my scuba gear in the car, or shlep it onto the beach with me. I would love to find a secure storage locker where I could stash my gear each day.

I've looked at self-storage places in Kihei, but they want month-to-month rentals, not someone for two weeks.

Anyone know of any alternatives?

I know we should just stay on the south shore, but we love the house we rent in Paia, and the town itself. Thanks!

Maui now has A Hui Hou Storage Service, they take care of vacation storage or weekly storage as well.

I'm the original poster and just saw this thread resurface. We ended up using A-American Self Storage. We were able to rent a tiny unit just big enough for our dive gear for a very reasonable rate. We had to do a month rental minimum but it was still totally worth it to be able to drop off our gear after our morning dives and then head to the beach or on adventures without worrying about our truck being broken into or our gear stolen.

The people at A-American were really nice and it was a good location for us in Kihei near the big Safeway, so we could drop the gear, get lunch items for our cooler and go.
