Decide between, aston maui banyan, or aston paki maui??? These are 2 in my budget through my supplier. Any help?

We're headed to Paki Maui Aston next month. The pictures look beautiful and the person we rented from was awesome and extremely accomodating. Her rentals are on www.WestMauiOceanfrontCondos.
com. I am sure we aren't going to be disappointed!

we have stayed there(Paki Maui) 3 times and are going again in March we get the ocean front so we can watch the whales. They are owned individually so they can vary on how they look but overall our experience has been great. YOu can swim right from the front of the property with a coral type reef to protect you and you can also snorkle a little. There is a fish market across the street where you can get fresh fish and they even give you the spices to cook it, also the deli is really good there. Last year about a block away they had a fruit market 3 days a week, I hope they are still doing it. Not too touristy there either cause you can't walk from property to property too easily so not too many people going around out front. Ok so we like it there allot.

Paki Maui is right on the oceanfront but does not have a white sand beach--better for snorkeling. Maui Banyan isn't oceanfront but is in walking distance (across the street) to nice sandy beaches, weather is almost always sunny since it's located in south Maui.

stayed at Maui Banyan, across the street from very nice beach. the condo was average, the landscaping is ok. we will be staying at Kamoele Sands in june. We found Kamoele Sands much cheaper then Maui Banyan online.
