Jackson, Wy - Hotel recommendation for a single night?

Jackson, Wy - Hotel recommendation for a single night?
Well, I only have one final night to worry about in our vacation, and that's Friday night, October 10.
We arrive on Friday, October 3, and spend the first 2 nights at the Alpenhof Lodge in Teton Village. Then, we have 5 nights at a Worldmark timeshare in West Yellowstone, checking out on Friday 10/10. We hope to spend the day making our way back through Yellowstone one last time and (weather permitting) spend one final night in Jackson. The next day, we have all day to get to our hotel room at the Salt Lake City airport, where we fly out on Sunday.
I've booked a "safety" at Homewood Suites, but we'd like something a bit more memorable but not tooooo much more expensive - prefer to stay under $200 a night if possible. Would be really nice if they had a bar or lounge to enjoy a glass of wine; mostly we'd like to soak up a last bit of western decor before heading back to muggy Florida.
One night is a problem with some of the places, I know. I'd love to hear your recommendations, thanks!

We stayed at the Trapper Inn during our recent trip.
We found it very comfortable and convenient within walking distance to the town square.
They were a good price although I don't think they had a bar/lounge.

Yes, we're back home now, but that snow storm did pose some challenges.
Leaving West Yellowstone on Friday, we did go through YNP and GT parks, although the section of the lower loop was closed at Old Faithful and so we took the long way around the loop through Fishing Bridge(not too bad, we saw a wolf and a couple of grizzlies). We got to Jackson ok.
We ended up using points for a free night at the Homewood Suites (very nice, good location), and walked down to the Wort for a drink in the bar.
Saturday was the problem, though. We had originally come in over the Teton Pass, and didn't want to go back the same way, especially since there was snow and icy roads. Instead, we decided to go down 89. It was really scenic at first, but then the wind and snow kicked up. We ended up going down through western Wyoming for most of the trip, and found out later that was where the worst weather was. At times it was hard to keep the car on the road due to the wind, and with the blowing snow it was very hard to see. Fortunately we had a rental SUV w/4 wheel drive, so kicked it in and did well.
One mistake we made that could have been serious was not making sure we had plenty of gas. We had actually made a point to fill up in West Yellowstone, but under the conditions, we used up a lot of fuel. If you know that stretch of road (89-61-30-89 again), there is a lot of open country but not much else. We were almost on empty, no cell phone signal, and weren't sure we'd make it. But we got to Randolph and found there was a gas station and it was open. So we made it to Salt Lake City just fine -- hardly any snow at all there, even some sun.
