Gas Stations Near PHL?
Good morning!
I have a business trip (leaving tomorrow) in Philadelphia. I have traveled occasionally for business there and I always seem to have a problem finding a gas station to fill up the rental car before returning it. There used to be a Mobil Station on Island Ave. but it's closed (even that one was never easy to get to!). Any ideas? Thanks!

The best way to find gasoline stations near an airport (or anywhere else) are the sites
www.GasPriceWatch.Com
www.GasPriceBuddy.Com
Sites like MapQuest or even SuperPages only give you the name and location of a gas station, and then only if it's listed in a phone book. These sites give you that PLUS the price the stations charge, their business hours, and whether they take credit cards.
Since I go by PHL every few months, I suggest you continue up Island Avenue, on which you'll find several off-brand stations. Just make certain you know how to get back to the airport.
