Fodor's Phrase App

Anyone know who to contact about non working fodor's phrase app? I bought the whole package, tested it on day 1, it seemed to be fine! and now in anticipation of trip, opened again. It's frozen, I've tried everything, and I can't locate any contact information for responsible party.

Never heard of it. Where did you buy it? I suppose you could try contacting the editors here - see Contact Us at the bottom of the page, they might be able to tell you where to start.

Thursdaysd- I bought the app here (well, under the "Store" menu. I've sent an email to the editors here. Thanks.

The editors responded with an email address that spits out nonsensical responses. Disappointing.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean about an email address that spits out nonsensical responses? When you email [email protected], you do get an automatic response so that you know the email was received by our server. Then it's referred to someone for action.

But editors don't deal with sales. We deal with editorial issues. Please email me at [email protected] and I'll try to refer you to someone who can help.

The editors responded that I should email "[email protected]"
Here was the response when I sent a request to that address:

"Hello,

I apologize for the confusion. I should have written that the email address to which the editors referred me to kicked out the nonsensical response.
