Hi Heather,

I stayed at the Oasis Cancun back in 1998 for spring break. I found that it was a very nice property. The rooms were very nice, and the beach was gorgeous. We didn't go with the all inclusive option so I couldn't say much about the food, seeing as we never ate any of it. It was a very lively hotel too, very many spring breakers, so if you're going there around spring break take that into consideration. Have a great trip, whatever you decide to do.

Hi - we stayed there a few years ago. The rooms were simple but fine. The grounds are lovely. We had delicious breakfasts there each day but dinner was much more hit or miss - typical big resort mediocre buffet food. I would recommend the place though.

We've stayed there twice but it's been about 5 years ago. Agree with previous comment about delicious breakfasts but go elsewhere for dinner as the dinners were mediocre at best. Rooms are clean and sufficient but you're best to stay at the Grand Oasis. It's newer and the rooms much nicer. AC tended not to work especially well and staff was not real quick in fixing it. Pool and beach area are fabulous with several swim up bars. Pool winds all through the property and is the hotel's greatest asset.
