The best idea is to get out of Zurich - which is primarily a business city. head to the Berner Oberland and stay in one of the towns there and visit the mountains and lakes which are the true beauties of Switz.
You can stay in Lucerne (a lovely town only an hour for Zurich and visit several of the shorter (7K ft) mountains and take a steamer to several of the charming small towns around the lake.
Or go to Interlaken or one of the small town on the foothills of the Jungfrau - again visiting the higher Alps and possibly taking a steamer on Lakes Thun or Brienz and visiting towns around the lake - including the Ballenberg Museum of Swiss life.

Get READY! Somebody is going to come on here and lecture you about the following:
"Zurich is mainly a business city and nobody goes there except business people."
"There is nothing to see and do there so don't stay around; take the train to Luzern (about an hour away) IMMEDIATELY."
Don't say you weren't warned and I'll be in Zurich in a couple of weeks doing and seeing plenty.
