Visa and arrival requirements for ship arrival in St. Petersberg?
We have 2 days in St. Petersberg, arriving on a cruise ship. What is the best and least expensive way to secure an approved private van for touring and exit out of the port, relative to the visa requirements?

I recommend that you check out the boards over on cruisecritic.com, I went several years ago on a cruise and got lots of helpful advice. Things change so up to date info is better than what I can give you. At one time there was discussion on a 2 day tourist visa for people coming in on cruise ships but I don't know what came of it.
What I can tell you was that going with a private guide over the cruise excursions was a great decision for us, we saw so much more than the other people on the cruise and we did it at our own pace.
