Unable to reply to posts?
Has this ever happened to you? When I click on the "Reply" button, the entire posting does come up - under a large blue Fordor's banner, but no place to add a reply. I have tried several times and am able to reply to other posts and (obviously) been able to post a new message.
I really want to reply to this particular posting because it is an unusually long, detailed and specific post which will help me immensely.
Any ideas?

Are you sure it's not a thread that Fodors has closed? When they judge things to have gotten out of hand, are not travel related, political, offensive, whatever, sometimes they lock it so no more replies can be added.

This can occasionally happened when the post continues a "long line" of unbroken text (i.e., free of spaces) - - have you scrolled far right?
Sometimes the "Post a reply" link is over there somewhere. Perhaps you could tell us what thread it is.
Best wishes,
Rex

It's certainly not a political post!
Actually, every boring unless you are interested in this place.
Rex, click on my name and then it's the posting titled, "Castelgandolfo - Decisions?" or something very similar.
I am going back now to see if it works and check out to see if there is one very long line?
Thanks for the help.

This is the thread - - http://www.fodors.com/forums/threads...p;tid=34540535 - - and it does have long unbroken text. You should be able to find the reply box by scrolling right.
