Two Weeks in Europe

Jump to last reply

I am planning a trip to Europe from April 28th-May 12th. This does not include the days when I'll fly to/from Europe, so I will have 15 full days of travel. I am a 23 yo female and this will be a solo trip, I'm interested more in the main tourist attractions, like the eiffel tower and trevi fountain than seeing museums. I've done some research and I've come up with this itinerary:

Overnight flight to London
London April 28th-May 1st (4 days)
(Early morning travel to Paris on the 2nd)
Paris May 2nd-4th (3 days)
(Overnight train to Barcelona)
Barcelona May 5th-8th (4 days
(Early morning flight to Rome on the 9th)
Rome May 9th-12th (4 days)
Fly home the morning of the 13th

Does this seem like a reasonable plan? I've allowed extra days for the cities with more attractions that I want to see. I put Rome as my last stop because there is direct travel from Paris to Barcelona. Would it be better if I traveled the opposite direction, Rome to London? I don't plan on taking side/day trips. So, when I say Rome I'm planning on staying in that one city, and not travel to another for the day. Also, any other suggestions or input?
