It's been over a year but I also took the train. Went first class day train. Not much in the way of"things to see" but a comfortable ride, no airport hassle though a long trip as I remember it.

Could anyone please let me know in which web page I can book a bus ride from Prague to Krakow? I looked at eurolines.com but it seems that they do not offer this route! I prefer the bus over the train since it is cheaper.

Try polrail.com; the schedules take some sorting out. "Very expensive" air? Last year flying was cheaper than the train, but maybe prices have *skyrocketed* this year. Check whichbudget.com or lot.com (polish airline).

Czech and Polish trains are extremely cheap so how do you know the bus is cheaper if you can't find one? That is a very long, indirect route, I wouldn't even count on finding a bus as I doubt if there's much demand for it.

The op has probably done the trip as s/he posted back in SEP07 but for anybody that is still looking at this thread, here is some info:
www.click4sky.com does fly PRG_KRK and a r/t is ~$240. Unfortunately they do not sell one-way tickets, so a r/t is necessary but at this price it may be cheaper than the train, and just throw away the return.
The company is just a reseller, so chances are you may be flying Czech Airlines or LOT.
