Ray -
www.google.com - type "SITA bus" and voila!:

There's no english language option, but for schedules it doesn't really matter.
And/or, you can type "sita AND schedule" into the text box at the top of this page to bring up a bunch of threads.

A word of caution, if you really need to be somewhere at an exact time, don't rely too much on the skeds of SITA Buses. I was in the area in May and waited for busses that never showed up, were one half hour late, or full of people and didn't stop at the bus stop.
If you are on a rigid sked I would suggest a taxi, but if you are flexible (literally, lol) the SITA busses are exhilerating.

Hi Ray,
When you get to the SITA site click on "Campania", then click on "Orari", then click on "Amalfi Positano Sorrento".
From Sorrento I think you have to take the Circumvesuviana train to Meta.

PS,
There is also a Circumvesuviana bus from Sorrento to Meta. Line A.
From http://www.italyheaven.co.uk/sorrento.html
There are internal buses for the Sorrento area, run by the Circumvesuviana company. There are four lines:
Linea A: Capo di Sorrento - Piazza Tasso - Sant'Agnello - Piano di Sorrento - Meta
Linea B: Piazza Tasso - Marina Piccola
Linea C: Sant'Agnello - Marina Piccola
Linea D: Piazza Tasso - Marina Grande
Tickets are available from bars and news kiosks; remember to validate them in the machine on the bus.

Heed what Natalia wrote, you can't always depend on the busses. Take a cab and save yourself aggravation, you have alot of questions on different threads over this, if you just take a cab, you can relax now and when you are there.
Meta is close the Sorrento, it won't cost that much, catch a cab at Tasso Square.
